Our shipping methods include Economy & Standard Shipping: orders take 3-15 business days to be delivered. The availability of these methods may vary depending on your location and the specific product you've ordered. We are currently working to offer Prime shipping for eligible products. Prime shipping allows for faster delivery times on the same day till 2 business days and may include additional benefits such as package tracking and insurance coverage. Access to prime shipping is subject to our conditions, which may include membership requirements and order eligibility criteria.

      IMPORT CHARGES & CUSTOMS

      ZEVANNOU's shipping costs do not include any import charges, taxes, or customs duties that may be applicable to your order. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs fees or taxes required by their country upon delivery. ZEVANNOU cannot offer a refund for these charges. We recommend checking your local customs policies for specific information on potential fees or delays before placing an order.

      * Import duties are included for US customers of order up to $1000

      ** Import duties & VAT are included for Europe union customers on all orders
